When’s the last time you drove your car as fast as it goes?
I do not want to go that fast because I already feel when I am going 15mph it is too fast.
So should we ban all cars which can exceed speed limits? Or like… could we rely on people just not using the full power at their disposal, and obeying a speed limit?
