Yeah the messed up formatting is an excellent point, I’ve messed up formatting the exact same way forgetting an end tag or something. So you think it was a ‘hacker’ or an external govt employee? I’d go by Hanlon’s Razor:
Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.
