My guess is the shooter is a disgruntled right-wing vet and that is why they haven’t caught him yet, they know who he is, and they don’t want to catch him and reveal the truth. If they reveal who he is, we can research his past. So, they’re going to let him go.
I think they haven’t caught him yet because the pictures they have are so nondescript they might as well start from scratch. Not a single identifying feature or ridge or anything.
