Reactionary firing of Vrabel, then just throwing GMs and HCs at the wall isn’t gonna fix shit. Find a guy you’re happy with and keep him for a bit. Same with GM. Same with QB. We just carousel betwethe 3 every 3rd year and it’s maddening.
