Regardless of whether one believes the starseed phenomenon is real or not, the meme still takes full advantage of that trope.
And the “troll fat” and “snake venom” are simply a reference to nasty people attacking those deemed to be sensitive and spiritually open.
Starseeds are the folks that think they, or sometimes autistic people specifically, are aliens from space here to vaguely reshape/better the world. It’s a more modern flavor of indigo children stuff, basically. Third wave refers to when they got turned onto that stuff, as in the ones that joined during or near the third big wave of newbies.
