I think that religious/spiritual holidays like All Saints and Samhein should remain as they are, and Halloween as a secular holiday should be on a day more appropriate for partying. Fridays would also be acceptable.

I am so conflicted about this.
In some countries the first (and second) of november are holidays for all saints and all soulsday. I prefer that over moving halloween.
