    Nah, the FDA will just threaten to pull authorization to sell Tylenol in the US if they don’t settle or throw the case intentionally. This is an administration of bullies, and while J&J is incredibly wealthy themselves, I do not see them winning this one.

      So they lose the pregnant market by agreeing to say it’s “risky” during pregnancy. Wouldn’t surprise me in the least for them to take the L.
