Even Buffett doesn’t bat 1.000. His exits show a mix of well‑timed wins (T‑Mobile) and painful retreats (Paramount, Snowflake).
Is this showing his holding amount or the total market cap of the company? Because if it’s the latter then this chart is kind of unhelpful since it greatly exaggerates the effect of citi and T-Mobile’s movements.
The data labels tell us it’s showing the market cap of these companies at time of acquisition and time of sale for Berkshire positions. It does not tell us how large Berkshires positions were
