note: I’m not arguing either are good/bad or better/worse than each other, I’m just saying that if I buy a 70 dollar multiplayer FPS I expect my bullets to actually work. its been 43 fucking days, DICE, fix your shit.

I thought everyone worked out buying at launch was a dumb idea years ago?
They will keep releasing unfinished games for as long as you keep buying them.
People did, but being first on the cool new fad is a social addiction. Also, people will buy and eat a pile of shit if it’s marketed well enough.
Still annoyed as hell a lot of people just don’t care about the issues various people are having with BF6’s hit detection, which seems to be at complete random depending of the player’s ISP, because “MUH CINEMATIC ACTION MOVIE MOMENTS!!!”
People should really stop playing the same stuff all the time. And this is not a critic to the players of “this” or “that” game. This is the reality of the Franchising Enshittification.
I bought at launch and am glad I did because my friends all moved on to arc raiders already. I don’t really have any interest in paying a game that limits you to parties of 3 but ironically now am in a party of 1
You say this, but…I had a challenge to deal shotgun damage. I had a raider 10 feet away, put him entirely within my crosshairs, fired, still died: Zero progress on shotgun damage.
Ok? And I’ve had some hitbox gore, but I had fun in the first few weeks, so what’s the problem?
Basically having the same problem as the claimed Battlefield issue. So many shots going nowhere, leading to death being an inevitability.
