I’m cleaning out the leftovers one meal at a time. The wife wanted hashbrowns. That’s a perfect vehicle for my second to last smoked sausage, half an onion, some venison chili, half a loaf of homemade bread and the last of our eggs.

It looks like a hot mess because it is. But there are less leftovers clogging up the kitchen.

The eggs thing bothers me though. This is the first time in 7 years that we don’t have any eggs. The hens are old and decided not to lay in the colder season and we haven’t even hit winter yet. Normally we are giving away eggs this time of year. I might have to actually buy eggs soon.

Cost per person? Completely unknown.

I know you guys invented the language, but I don’t understand half the words you just said, lol

But it sounds yummy, so I’ll take your word for it

      My apologies 😂

In short, a cardboard box full of food that contains the fat and salt content that exceeds the recommended daily intake for an entire small African country, for about £12 (~US$20?) which is absolutely fantastic for filling you up after having one or two or seventeen too many alcoholic beverages that evening.

Well, as an American, I definitely know what that is, lol

        Also, £12 is about $15.71.

It used to be about 2:1 in the exchange rate, but both of our currencies have been slipping lately

As an american, what about what they said wasn’t something you could understand? Like, seriously, the only thing potentially understandable to not know is satay, if you don’t live in a metropolitan area.

I’m not familiar with “battered chicken balls” not sure if that’s another way of saying nuggets or something else. Satay is something I miss after moving out of a metropolitan area. I should probably make some. My wife loves the spicy peanut sauce more than the meat on a stick.
