I like LinkedIn. Not for the intended purpose but just seeing what deranged Indian crypto bros post. Grind never ends

I can categorise a few type of (non-satirical) LinkedIn posts I really enjoy:

      • What this main life event taught me about the sales process,
      • “Coding is (nearly) dead” AI shills posts, followed by the most bland, naive piece of shit code and techy sounding story filled with buzzwords and no substance,
      • The “coding tricks I learned today”, taken from a Python or JavaScript 101 course, with hundreds of comments thanking the OP for the advanced hack, and the odd couple of nerds who feel the need to show they know better. Don’t get me wrong, it’s wonderful to learn new things, and I don’t want to gatekeep anything, but this almost always seems like a grift rather than genuine beginner passion.

Unfortunately, I am not cynical enough to enjoy the current trend of publicly sharing very traumatic events on fucking LinkedIn, presumably for exposure. I know we all process grief differently, but even trying to read it in a charitable way, I really get a bad taste in my mouth with this kind of stuff…
