    I think Signal has an option built it in to disguise the app as something else. Lemmy apps should start adding that function.

      I think Android in general has a way of hiding certain apps.

      I couldn’t find the options so I just don’t go to the US. Seems like the easier response.

      Voyager does have a face-id-to-unlock feature that enable. But yeah, a facade icon/name would be awesome as well

        They wouldn’t hesitate to hold it to your face to unlock it.

        Passcode would be better, but I’m not sure the 5th amendment works at border crossings like it should.

          From my understanding it does. The only thing is, that while they have to let citizens back in, they don’t have to let their phone back in
