I can’t find any studies for the KKK specifically, but overall lynchings in the US only had the number of white victims exceed the number of black victims once from 1882-1968:
And based on some quick research it looks like that might be due to lynchings occurring in the Wild West against accused criminals, not based on racial bias. Given the general character of the KKK I wouldn’t expect the number of white victims they lynched to outnumber the black victims, although they did also target white people who worked with black rights organizations.
