Since Trump returned to office, the Education Department’s civil rights office has not resolved a single racial harassment investigation. It sends a message that “people impacted by racial discrimination … don’t matter,” one attorney said.

It’s always worse than you think.

When you look at the entirety of what the OCR has been up to, you find that the OCR has functionally been “re-tasked” to act as an enforcement mechanism for the ADL. Which is to say it appears that the OCR is accepting complaints and investigations directly from the ADL.

It’s also providing a pretext for overhauling so-called “liberal” institutions to more closely reflect MAGA values. I say MAGA and not conservative because it’s generally backfilling legitimacy into propaganda coming out of the executive.

Wait the guy who fiercely fought against having to rent apartments to blacks in the 70s supports racism?

And when the MAGAs are screaming for help when they start going to trial, and then to prison, and even death row, their whines will be equally ignored.
