Especially when working remotely (sitting in front of a computer all day), it’s a great way to take a break and get some exercise too.

Funnily enough, as I got older, I actually started enjoy doing it, as long as it’s not too cold outside. Especially when working remotely (sitting in front of a computer all day), it’s a great way to take a break and get some exercise too.
