      How does the US get blamed in this?

      If there’s any one country, it’s primarily Russia that’s the black hole. Just because we’re farther down the hole than you are doesn’t make us the primary culprit.

      Meanwhile China’s just sitting back and benefiting from pretty much everything. They’re passive enough about it that they might not be running it, just damn if they ain’t coming out on top at the end of all this.

        Your orange pedo president demanded this and our stupid PM conceeded thinking it would help negotiations

        China and the EU the two other large car markets have clear plans on phasing out fossil fuel cars. The US was clearly worse, but 12 states have were part of Californias Zero-Emission Vehicle Program, which included a phase out in 2035. That got destroyed by Trump though. That leaves a large rich market, which is big enough to sustain combustion engine production.
