Witnesses say a doctor was at the scene and tried to help the woman who had been shot, but ICE agents refused to let him through. Around 10–15 minutes later, an ambulance arrived but was blocked by ICE vehicles occupying the street, per FOX 9 Minnesota

I’m talking about an organized group of community members, neighbors, all standing together. I’ve seen about angles on this so far. That’s 9 people who at least thought it was important to document and resist. But that form of documentation and resistance depends on the fundamentals of liberalism to hold; that governments follow the law, that courts are impartial, that those in power actually believe in the country they control as a principal: those principals have not held.
The government does not follow its own law, due process is basically dead (case in point, this), and neither Trump nor any Republican (and half the Democrats) politician or voter actually believes in America as an institution of Democracy any longer.
It’s a gamble. But I assume ICE agents still want to live. If you have even half the armed count they do, I would imagine they may think twice about opening fire. Although that is assuming ICE thinks…

She was trying to drive away. There was no attack by this woman. The only attack was by the murderer.
The only individual at any risk was put into that position by the violence perpetrated by the “agent” trying to force their way into her car.
The “agent” at risk, the shooter, had his weapon unnecessarily drawn and aimed at her face. The threat to his person passed once he cleared her vehicle, but he chose to shoot unrestrained and recklessly anyway.
She was leaving as they wanted. They got angry with her. She didn’t comply, so they responded with violence.
The murderer accomplished no good with his actions. He did not save his own life or anyone else’s because there was no danger once he cleared the path of the vehicle. There was nothing to defend.
She didn’t have to die.
He did not have to murder her.
She intentionally blocked the road. How are they not supposed to think this is some kind of offensive maneuver? She just got slapped back 10 times harder.
I’m going to give you the benefit of the doubt and presume you don’t understand what the words “offensive maneuver” mean.
She was not attacking them. She was clearly trying to leave when an officer violently tried to forcefully remove her from her car.
Fleeing the scene, even when committing was a crime, is not enough to justify deadly force.
There’s plenty of court cases to look up if you’re uncertain how the American law system works. But I suspect this isn’t something you actually care about.

They don’t understand how and when deadly force is actually authorized. The US, as bad as it as it today, isn’t a country like Afghanistan. Contrary to all the attempts to change that, it’s not how things work there (or at least generally).
