A woman is dead after being shot by a federal agent during an ICE operation Wednesday morning in south Minneapolis. U.S. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem called the woman's actions leading up to the shooting "an act of domestic terrorism."

      I mean, a motor vehicle can absolutely be used as a deadly weapon that can require the use of lethal force even if the driver is otherwise unarmed.

      This wasn’t a scenario that justified the use of lethal force, though.
