Damn, that is a stretch. And I’m sure, if she could be prosecuted for being an accomplice murder, they’d still find a way to blue shield the actual murderer.
My take: Either the murder happened and the ICE agent is a murderer, or it wasn’t a murder and there is nothing to be accomplice to.
That is the reasonable take, not just your take.
