All the freight carriers are using decommissioned passenger planes, not exactly surprising. That said, the FAA should be holding them to better specs even though they’re not carrying people aside from the flight crew anymore.

…which has been part of Boeing for almost 30 years
And this plane was delivered 6 years before they merged with Boeing.
To Thai Airways, yes. It was remodeled by Boeing in 2006 before it was handed over to UPS.
