He has been this way for his whole life. Sure now he can’t mumble a consistent lie but the root cause of trumps cruelty is narcissism. A utter lack of empathy. Its why people like him think empathy is bad. It interferes with their cruelty. Not realizing if no one had empathy they would have been finished a long time ago.
