Visio is also a common French word for videoconference.

Why should they?
Visio is a Microsoft product name.
Microsoft doesn’t hold a copyright worldwide for product names.
Microsoft is American
It’s actually not. The official product name is “Microsoft Visio”.
And that’s not going to stop them from suing
