Remember kids, murder is against the law. So, if ICE tries to murder you like they did those 2 other people just say, “thats illegal”.

They will have no choice but to stop murdering you.

Also tell them a judge has decided they cannot destroy evidence of your murder, so they need to carefully document it, or else not at all so there’s nothing to save.

Studded tires and going slower than the posted speed limit, which normally is the expected speed and you shouldn’t go more than 10% slower than it. Those are two rights that come to mind when dealing with ice.

Oh wait ICE means something else in the US. Yeah, good luck guys.

I don’t think the ICE officer will care about your rights, much less about rights that they don’t even know…

You de facto do not have a right to have your rights honored though. If an agent wants to put a slug in your head, they will demonize you, maybe persecute your friends and anyone sticking up for you.

The state needs to file open murder charges for both executions. There is nothing to investigate that is a cowardly cop out

YSK legal rights don’t mean shit to administrations that don’t respect the law. Compliance with ICE can be deadly - arm yourself and do whatever you need to do to stay safe.

Those rights would count in a country still under the rule of law. Which the US is no longer.

You think recognizing that they don’t care about your rights is the same as “not resisting”?

The problem is that people don’t recognize that their rights don’t matter anymore.

Alex Pretti exercised his 2nd amendment right and never broke the law, yet he was executed in broad daylight. It’s time to recognize that your rights no longer protect you (just like they rarely ever protected minorites) and fucking revolt already.

But you can feel some sort of satisfaction as you count them off just before they execute you.

Sounds like an excellent opportunity to sue them into the ground. A federal officer illegal disregarding your constitutional rights is a payday most can only dream of.

So chill out and lawyer up.

Its almost impossible (especially with this administration) to sue the federal government and win. They have to agree to allow you to sue them before things can even get started.

Actually no, qualified immunity shields them personally. A tortured precedent, if the exact situation has not happened and been sued on it gets thrown out, or some ridiculous thing like that.

Qualified immunity can be stripped. It’s not absolute. Constitutional violations are absolutely grounds for losing qualified immunity.

In theory or what? Last I heard they were virtually immune. Courts are getting worse, not better too, and judges decide.

Judges are appointed for life; there’s really no reason why they would match lock step with Trumps orders. Yes they’re conservative (not all of them), but I don’t believe they’re going to break the law or compromise their integrity for Trump.

The courts are fucked, we cannot sue our way out of this. Scotus will cancel it with any success, if appeals did not first.

They already barred nationwide injunctions. The admin could round up citizens to concentration camps and no judge can now say stop. You can try to sue individually as if irreperable harm would not have haapened by then if you could even get it into court.

Seriously that was a big deal and media did not realize it. Or tell us if they did. Scotus is nazi.

More realistic headline: “Here’s a list of things your family can sue the government for after you’re dead, once their GoFundMe goals are met”.

The only rights you have with ICE are made of lead.

Gofundme for victims will be shut down at the government’s word. They are one of the worst in that regard I hear.
