These democrats can’t win, that’s the point. Even if they were fit for the moment, they clearly aren’t. They aren’t popular, aren’t trying to be popular. They run as status quo, empty platitudes, offering not being the other guy, that’s it. Oh maybe throw some crumbs to the deserving fucked, but never addressing the causes of people getting fucked.
It’s not hard to understand, it’s amazing how some suits on tv have you guys in thrall even now. Those ivy league experts tell you they are the safe choice, and you still believe them, with all due respect it’s a baaaaaa’d take.
If they win, they do nothing with it as we saw in 2021, and hand it back. Things kept going to shit under their watch too, nothing got better overall. The last time they offered popular reform was 2008, and that weak candidate that failed to deliver only did that by trouncing the establishment that tried to force Hillary to offer nothing. But he made a deal to help hand it to hillary the next time, total failure as a president but that’s another story. He offered popular reform, so he could win, that’s the point.
