    It isn’t being a night owl that’s a problem. I think being a night owl who’s trying to live in a morning lark’s world is a conflict between one’s internal clock and their social clock.

    Couldn’t find a link to the study in the article.

    Yeah, they should compare wealthy night owls who don’t have to work and get enough sleep and have a healthy lifestyle to morning people. See how that goes.
