I didn’t look at it deeply enough yet. But I’m guessing even if they have/had some degree of security in their mailing system, since those emails are relevant to the case, they were required to be added to the dossier regardless at some point.
But these mails are not from or to him. I thought they are from law enforcement and referring to them not using encryption.
