He only executed around a tenth as many drone attacks as done on Obama’s term. So it is not something that makes sense to criticise him specifically on, especially when there are definitely other things to criticise him on.

Unrestricted drone warfare is more an Obama critisicm than Biden. The only creepy Biden thing I remember was him sniffing women’s hair.
Obama and Biden both had to approve drone strikes. It was the first Trump administration that got rid of that requirement.
