I was thinking that making gas powered automobiles more expensive own-use would only make it so The Rich-Super Rich Economic Classes/Owners are the only ones to own-use gas powered automobiles. So it would the best just to outright ban gas & gas powered automobiles from being sold in the countries & brought into the countries.
