Not saying I disagree at all, but the index was established in 95, meaning it’s missing some of the most corrupt eras in us history.
But how corrupt were other governments at the time?
Im pretty sure the current administration has them all beat by now.
I think the last 30 years is good enough as it includes the current generations.
And just think — about half of people who voted actually wanted this.
