Apparently, quoting the article means it breaks the rules of the community, so I will not be quoting the article at all in the hopes more people see the terror the regime is inflicting on our communities.

The order would allow health inspectors to enter the detention facility, with the exception of administrative and medical areas.

I am sure GEO Group won’t abuse these carve outs.

Watch them claim that the holding cells are actually hospital rooms. Hell, why not say that the entire detention facility is actually a hospital? But it’s a very special hospital that only admits certain kinds of patients and they also cannot be discharged. Of course, good luck getting the inspectors to believe the guards are actually all doctors and nurses.

And then we go another 8 months of litigation just for the judge to allow inspection of medical areas, but not administrative areas. Now all of a sudden the entire jail is an office building.

Then the judge needs to add provisions that say ICE and Geo Group must prove that the jail is an office building. Same thing for if they claim it’s a hospital. At which point I’m sure ICE will burn through its massive budget to sell the lie. Like, they turn the cells into offices really quickly, make the detainees wear a uniform that looks almost like “business casual” and coach them on how to sound like they work in an office or whatever.
