Rivian hasn’t yet adopted NACS, these are CCS.
Yep, I just got local county fiber installed because Comcast would go down twice a day, at least. On top of that, I was paying out the ass for shitty upload speed and to remove the 1.2TB data cap. The local ISPs are about $60/mo for 1 gig up and down, compared to Comcast’s $130/month for 1 “gig” down and 30 meg up.
Internet should be public like many other utilities.
If they eventually do have a search engine, it definitely can’t be trusted. GPT-4 loves to hallucinate.
Can you share your redacted frigate config?
I use scenes to control my lights and use those in my automations instead. This lets me create “groups” of lights to control.
Spoiler: it won’t be $25,000.
Unemployment isn’t enough, I’m not forgetting that at all.
Yep, that sounds great to me! At least for large corporations. Obviously shouldn’t apply to contractors, but that sounds great.
I mean, I’m not a lawmaker, but ideally if execs do layoffs they should either have to also layoff a certain percentage of upper level execs dependent on the # of people laid off, and/or the company or execs should have to pay fees dependent on the # of people laid off.
We need laws around layoffs, stat. It shouldn’t be legal for execs to layoff a thousand people and still keep their own jobs. It’s their failure that caused the issue in the first place - they’ve been safe for too long.
I haven’t used Google for awhile now. It just became an ad-ridden hellhole.
I’m not sure that there’d be enough voltage to cause a fire.
I have a different electric truck with 21" tires, and it does fine in the snow. It even has a snow mode. The weight might make it even better than some pickups.
This is the tires or something else with the design, for sure.
But no execs, I assume.
Gotta love that most banks on there don’t support TOTP or hardware keys. I wish SMS 2fa wasn’t considered.
Reolink has a wifi video doorbell that works great, it has an integration with Home Assistant but also with Frigate. I use Frigate personally, since it’s better at person detection and I can record directly to my server. If you don’t use Frigate, you can record to an SD card that you slot into the back of the doorbell.
This thread on the inovelli forums has the wiring you need to do, but you can directly associate z-wave bulbs with the z-wave dimmer. I have the inovelli blue dimmers, and do exactly that (except with Zigbee, easier to find the lights for those though)
And this site has z-wave devices, you can probably find compatible bulbs there.
Home Assistant, in this case; YAML.
At least on Android, you can make TTS go through your alarm channel on your phone at max volume, to really make sure you don’t miss it. I do this for my alarm and doorbell (only when I’m at home).
