Especially as the accusations were already being made while they were being blocked at the same time… So in the second election, when terrorist acts such as January 6th had already been going on for a long time… there was not a single accusation of election manipulation although it was so obviously manipulated and was an absolute farce… Trump wasn’t elected legally either… the law, i.e. the courts etc. didn’t do their job either otherwise he would have been in jail long before that… Neither of them were elected…

So regarding Musk… democratically would be e.g. life imprisonment in security custody in addition of course a complete expropriation of all property… which would remain in state hands and would be used for the benefit of the people. So not profit-oriented like private companies… ( I know thats dreaming )
