4·3 years agoWhat the author used as their title is not the most ideal however the main point is the benefits buying has over renting.
However I understand that people can’t afford a down payment on a house in major cities.
Out where I live houses can go for 100-200k so it is more achievable for those of more modest income.
Obviously I never intended to put people down because they don’t make 200k+ a year.




True, but at least in America bikes alone are not a great option.
Over 60 million (1 in 5) Americans live in rural areas. These places don’t have public transportation or are so spread out that bikes are not practical.
