Nowadays you dont even have to use iOS/android to get something that just works, GrapheneOS for example also is fully there already (apart from NFC payment but that’s really the only thing)

Can recommend, pairs perfectly

I haven’t found anything apart from Google Pay’s NFC payment that doesnt work (Google Pay for online payment does work).
My list of working apps includes banking apps for two different banks, national government communication app, audi app, two apps for charging electric vehicles, two apps for public transport tickets, …

Using GrapheneOS for a few years now, its great. Banking apps also work. Only thing that doesnt work is NFC payment via google pay.
Or make motorcycles more popular ;)
We don’t have such problems in Austria. We also don’t have 40 degrees but I dare say it’s not inherent of trains.

Does that actually shorten its lifespan? Aren’t GPUs made to run at full power without wear? (As long as they don’t overheat, but they thermal throttle before that)

Wii games run on the Wii U?
Here on the Austrian countryside next to the mountains its not reaching 20 degrees at night
I don’t but my house is isolated. Windows open in the night, closed during daytime. Works perfectly.
I prefer Comaps over OsmAnd, it’s just much simpler

What’s wrong with people making money because other people buy their video games? Are they hurting someone?

Use Firefox without AI and don’t use google search engine
No, and they’re a huge waste of ressources. We just mustnt use this as a reason to reject AI as a whole.
AI is shaking up everything. My professors are constantly using it for their research to get more accurate simulations, for example. Instead of tweaking parameters for ages an AI tweaks them live while the simulation is running.
Chat bots / LLMs are overhyped and used for lots of things they shouldn’t do but AI is here to stay.
I prefer Tuta for very private stuff (medical etc). But I’m mainly using purelymail since it costs 5€ a year. It’s in the USA but still good enough.
Both my banks work (one local, one international) and both my cars work (Volvo and Audi)
