“I would rather have questions that can’t be answered than answers that can’t be questioned.” - Rich Feynman
Much appreciated, I don’t play with Apple hardware but thanks for looking out nonetheless.
Makes sense, but this is specifically the Memmy icon. I’ll make one with the Lemmy icon and add it.
The blockchain’s use of decentralization is pretty much a security measure. If you want to rule out the blockchain entirely, you’d still need to address the immutable and transpartent components. Only using one block once published moving forward is quite different than the fediverse. Then there’s smart contracts too. It’s a massive improvement to various current online platforms, to say it’s merely decentralization is highly misleading.
Edit: So far, web 3.0 has yet to impress me and I’d be surprised if it does anytime soon. But blockchain tech is not simplistic and can be setup for anonymity as well.
It’s about subbing to anything in your wheel house and sorting by new. That’s the only way it made since before the migration and still does. At some point it wont make much sense, but not quite yet.
Seems like a logical explanation I’d say
Nope, any click whatsoever results in the page loading with no account and the login option.
I was literally just “logged in” as you on my PC! In trying to figure out WTF was going on, I then was signed in as two other accounts. Ever since the huge increase in users, logging in on my PC has been fickle but never saw another account just the login option. Hopefully it’s an easy fix, pretty weird!
Edit: It’s now up to 7 different accounts, user interface preferences even. But as soon as I click on anything, I’m fully logged out and see the login option.
As I understand it, Lemmy is a place for discussing concepts under a general umbrella. Maybe make a c/micropenis to see if there’s enough traction, then a server could make sense where you can set the rules. But those post won’t be available across Lemmy if that’s your desire. This being the case, and for anything nudity related, it’d be safe to assume there’s plenty of space in the Fediverse for it, just not here.
Once again, Linux with a win!
