Not exactly what you asked for, but koreader can download and display Wikipedia articles on demand (on a long press of a word). A quick google search seems to indicate koreader supports some pocketbook reader.

You can definitely split your answer with the “hmm…” button. It will let you choose where to cut and then each part will have the original question, which you can answer separately and differently.
