Sometimes it’s shrimp paste. I’ve yet to have one that wasn’t delicious! I’ve never seen this dish before. Looks…interesting. :)

Sambal is chili paste. A lot of the time, depending on the cuisine, it has other things in it. Sometimes just garlic. Sometimes it’s shrimp paste. I’ve yet to have one that wasn’t delicious! I’ve never seen this dish before. Looks…interesting. :)
