Each piece literally should be picked up with your fingers and popped into the back of your mouth. Taste it as it drops down your throat.
Yum! Uni with Quail Egg, Ikura, and guessing Hamachi (or Toro) sashimi. It would last 30 secs if I was there.
Used to live in a place where there was a marketplace and could make those at home.
Correct. The Toro here is like butter. I’d put this little shop against the best of Boston anytime.
