Initially I thought this would be about the Chat Control law and dodging end-to-end encryption. Turns out it’s just a clever little joke.

It’s good to be reminded sometimes that not everything is fucked up and there’s still room for a bit of fun.

was talking a few weeks ago that vampires would me great at property disputes.

also the question, would permission of a landlord be enough for a vampire to enter a house, or does he need the permission of the tenants living there?

The landlords needs to give a written notice to the tenants at least 24h before they can give permission to the vampire. And the landlord needs to be present as well. Unless the vampire is a registered repair man, then the notice is enough.

if I’m ever a landlord (please violently murder me if that ever happens) I’d put a vampire clause like that in the legal agreement

Depends. Modern conception is aristo scum. So if it’s meant to be tragic; resident. If it’s meant to be horror; landlord state or your alexa bullshit.

read it as “survivor” and had to reread it five times before I noticed it said “surveyor.”

Vampires cannot enter a property without permission, so this one got a clever little gig as a surveyor.

Using this one neat trick, he was able to determine that fence was on the lady’s property because he was able to fly over it before he smacked into the invisible permission wall.
