Ephebophilia covers 15 to 19, you will not find 15-17 year olds in any legal porn. And yeah anyone 30+ who’s primary sexual preference is 15-19yos (which is what ephebophilia is) is at best a predatory loser if they act on it, and likely a statutory rapist.

Technically true. Pedophelia is about a lack of bodily development of primary sexual markers. As soon as the kids develop any kind of puberty, the pedophiles interest is over. The next phase is as bad as the teens think they are able to consent, but not really. You could even argue that does not change just because they are 18+. But that’s the law.
I would argue Epstein probably didn’t peddle actual kiddie porn cisam type of business but more the kind of power fantasy that you are rich enough to break the law without consequence and enjoy those carnal instincts that nature gave you and society doesn’t deem respectable or legal for the reasons given above. And the great thing about that fantasy is that you can trap people very efficiently and then broker the control over high value targets to other nations. And that’s probably how Trump and Putin met. Well if they where they should have done it in Canada cause consent was 14 for a long time. Reason they (government) told is they didn’t want to make criminals out of kids who have sex, like America does. And before how do you know this, friend’s sister was dating an older guy parents couldn’t do anything. Know we have a more complicated law instead of just blanket age range because you don’t want to punish kids from being kids but do want to protect from being harmed.

This is really the crux of the matter. Sure there’s (many) differences between 5 and 15 year olds. The question is, why bring it up? Why is it relevant in the context of Trump’s and Epstein’s crimes?
As long as she doesn’t elaborate on it, the ostensible interpretation of her comment is that she thinks trafficking and sexually abusing a 15 y/o child is somehow less illegal or reprehensible than doing it to a 5 y/o child.
