Well it makes sense. After all his study into reaching for but never quite grasping things, a shift into right wing commentary is only natural.

The term I’ve heard is the “right wing grift drift”. Even the left leaning Russell Brand went through the drift when he got cancelled after SA accusations.
I have considered this many times. That’s easy money. Except I kind of like having a soul and be of sound moral character and actually be a force for good in the Universe. I wouldn’t survive the alignment penalty.
