Still, thats not exactly a cure. I hope you can get the help you need 💜 like someone else said, id absolutely check with friends for any kind of recommendations, nobody (well, nobody worth a damn) will judge you, we all need some help sometimes
Like non-medicinal drugs? The illegal type? They mess up your memories tho. Don’t wanna lose my last realm of happiness.
