    Hell yeah.

    I actually just finished Better Call Saul for free* from my library. Got to keep the last season for three weeks even so it was easy to get through.

    Only downside is that libraries will generally not have 4K Bluerays or whatever, but it’s not the end of the world.

    *obviously already paid for via my taxes

      I like my local libraries. They’re decently funded (through property tax in an area where it’s very common to see multi-million dollar houses), and they have 4K Blu-rays and recent releases. They’ve got things like 3D printers, too.

    Scarecrow Video begs to differ! A Seattle movie rental store since the early 80s, now transitioned to a non-profit “museum” (can still rent video) with 147,000+ titles.

    The library systems in Colorado that I have used are simply fantastic. Combine with Prospector if they don’t have something in a particular library and…chef’s kiss.
