That’s a bicycle distance.
Hell that’s a walk distance for many of us.
It would be if decent bike infrastructure existed.
It probably wouldn’t be super pleasant biking on the sidewalk in that picture in the dark… But it might be more pleasant than sitting in the car right there for 45 minutes.
