•   The ICE officer who fatally shot Renee Good in Minneapolis on Wednesday has been identified as Jonathan Ross.
    
  •    Ross is the same officer who was dragged 50 yards by a vehicle in June 2025.
    
  •   DHS has stressed the officer acted in self-defense.

    There is not statute of limitations for murder in Minnesota, and state-level crimes cannot be pardoned by the president. They may not be able to prosecute him in the current political environment, but there is no end date when he can be tried for this murder.

      Yeah, basically what I’ve gathered is nthat it’s up to federal-level courts to determine his actions to be within reason, then the state charges can be issued. I fear this will go to the us supreme court, which regardless of outcome is a long time to let a murderer roam the streets terrorizing society.
