      If there is no international law anyone can put a target on his head if it suits their ends. Not just US citizens but anyone.

        C’mon, I know there’s a drunken angry bitter Canuck with a fine long rifle who can do the US a solid. The only requirement is that you have three names. Y’know like Robert Joe Whippens or Alvin James Wayhay.
