That is critical evidence that the state needs to have to either prosecute or potentially exonerate Jonathan Ross. I’m not sure why more of the reporting on this murder isn’t covering that detail. It was a handheld phone cam, not a body cam. ICE has thousands of dollars in equipment, but is choosing not to equip body cams; which could have kept his hands free to protect himself. Handheld allows the footage to be far shakier, so he can emphasize the idea he was “struck”.
The footage doesn’t contain all of the gunshots. In high likelihood, it had to have been edited before posting, for this to be the case.

Is that confirmed somewhere? Just holding his phone with a camera app open isn’t enough. ICE has an app that uses a photograph to supposedly tell whether or not someone is a citizen. If there is evidence he recorded the incident for any reason, then I would think that that would be clear evidence of premeditation.
