Another game that looks like it’s gonna go down to the wire. Give the NFL credit, all the games so far this weekend have been good.

Glad to see the Eagles got put out of their misery. They were clearly never equipped to win this year, I don’t know what’s wrong with them. Course I don’t know if the battered and broken remains of the 49ers can win much going forward either.

Their offense sucks. Just lacks imagination and creativity. Play calls on that last drive were atrocious. Same shit over and over that doesn’t give Hurts a chance.

A bunch of injured 49ers? Playing the Eagles in the postseason? Never seen this before!!

Not as big a mistake as TLaw having his first true TLaw head-scratcher in two months.

        Damn. Oh well.

I lived close to Jacksonville back in '93 when the city was awarded the franchise. They wanted an NFL team so bad, and several teams had used the city as leverage to get a better deal in their home cities. At one point both the Colts & Falcons flirted with moving to Jacksonville, but of course neither did. I watched the ceremony live on a Jacksonville TV station when they revealed the second expansion team (they had already announced the Carolina Panthers), and when it was revealed to be Jacksonville, the city went crazy. They strongly supported that team, and it had pretty fast success.

I’m glad for the city that the team is still there, and I still root for them when they’re not playing the Falcons.

I grew up in the Jax area, and I was in junior high when the team was announced. It’s hard to explain what a validation of the entire community the team was, as irrational as it is.

I left over twenty years ago, and wouldn’t want to live there again, but the Jags are the one part of Jacksonville I won’t give up.

This one has me pretty nervous, but I try to remind myself the Jags are playing with house money this year.

Not that anything is guaranteed, but rather that current performance is ahead of commonly-held expectations.

Also… my team just lost… I… need to believe this. LOL.

I’m not confident Bills can win this road game. They have had problems with Jaguars in Josh Allen era.

Well, the Bills figured it out. I think that if the Bills can win on the road here, with this crowd, they can potentially win anywhere.

          T. Lawrence lack of playoff experience showed up there. The dude is like a Georgia QB. If you don’t have a dominant team I don’t think you can count on him to win games.

With the Packers out, I’m now hopping on the Jags bandwagon. Here’s hoping that we get a shootout between Lawrence and Allen, with the winner putting up 5 total TDs.
