Most Americans believe that itās a āproblemā that Republicans are transphobic.
A new YouGov poll asked Americans whether they thought that certain issues were a āproblemā for either party. 44% said that transphobia was āa major problemā among Republicans, and another 24% said they thought it was āa minor problem.ā Only 32% of respondents said it wasnāt a problem.
Transphobia was the second most likely issue to be labeled a problem by respondents, after āhostility toward immigrants.ā āTolerance of political violence,ā āconspiracy thinking,ā āwhite supremacy,ā āhomophobia,ā and āfascismā followed closely behind.
Oddly, 40% of respondents said that ātransgender ideologyā was āa major problemā for Republicans, and another 20% said it was āa minor problem.ā 41% said that they didnāt think it was a problem at all for Republicans.

I participant in BDSM. I knew about it a decade before 50 Shades of Grey. Thanks.
I donāt think 12 year olds should be talking about BDSM it in a 6th grade health class. they should be talking about biology, not queer theory. Sexuality is a private matter that people should figure out for themselves, they shouldnāt be āeducatedā about it by a public school. They have plenty of time to learn queer theory in college. But for some reason āprogressiveā schools insist on pushing college-level theoretical discourse on pubescent children, because the educations at these schools are in a weird moral arms race to be the most āwokeā. and apparently LGBT is now no longer woke, we need to have all 50 āaltā gender/sexualitty identifiers taught to 12 year olds, lest they be oppressed by not knowing someone is identifies as ātrigenderā or ālithromanticā. Hell, about 75% of the āaltā pride flags collapse in on themselves given any thought, as they just splitting hairs.
They also shouldnāt be studying quantum mechanics either, because they havenāt even taken Algebra 1 yet. This is the same school, btw that decided to cancel advanced math classes in 8th grade because it was āoppressiveā to minority students who were underrepresented in those classes. That decision caused so much outrage they had to walk it back. but that took a full year, screwing many kids out of advanced classes.
Call me a facist I guess, but I donāt think kids should the victims of political ideologies being shoved down their throats by activists/extremists. I donāt think my nephews should be forced to pray to God in school either. They should just be there to learn basic skills and basic facts. They should be taught LGBT people exist, and thatās it. They shoud be taught about major world religions too. But They should not be taught what to think about them or get caught up in other peopleās sexuality/gender debates about the difference between all 50 pride flags, just also doesnāt need to know about the 50+ orders of the Catholic church and their missions/doctrines. (he can learn about that if he studies theology in college). The standard LGBT flag is enough for a 12 year old.
Youāve given is no evidence, spewed false accusations and ad hominems. The fact you so quickly brushed 50 Shades of Grey aside - an erotic fanfic turned film that had a theatrical fucking release - so quickly just you can whine about trans people again says more about you than me.
You didnāt read a word I wrote.
Sorry, unless I misunderstood and you think 50 shades of gray should be part of 6th grade english? Because it was such a deep and profound novel⦠and not straight up pornography.
who said that?
And what would that accomplish? Youāve provided no evidence, and I aināt doing your homework.
then why bother replying? what point are you trying to make?
