True, and if our system fails and the elections process are messed with then I will have a different opinion about what should be done. I’m not saying that violence isn’t ever necessary (most of my family are veterans or active duty, I understand), I’m saying that the people pushing violence now are agitators trying to make a bad situation worse.
Until then, I’m not ready to throw away our entire country because I’m furious at these white supremacists in ICE uniforms. Their day is coming and everyone who ordered and enabled this all the way up to the top will face the same justice.
I will agitate. It is very likely that civil war will consume my nation. If that happens, I want my people to already have the materials and mindset needed to defeat Dogey America.
You really believe that there is a civil war coming;
Are openly calling for violence on public social media and also;
Live in the United States
It seems a little suicidal, if your worldview is correct, to be openly advocating for violence against an administration that has shown no qualms about using terrorism laws against detractors and who controls one of the most comprehensive intelligence systems ever created.
Kinda sounds like someone who isn’t in the US and is just stirring up shit for a paycheck.
Then explain John Brown or the folks who fought the government at Blair Mountain. Or, for that matter, the 1st American Civil War. History, and the future that writes it, is messy and violent.
In any case, I have no intention of living under the Trump Regime for the rest of my life, nor to die in RFK’s concentration camps. That is why I made a point to buy and learn a gun, and advocate for a civil war. I cannot protect the future of a better America by myself.
Problem is, we don’t got that luxury of picking that time. Trump just does what he feels like, regardless of the circumstances. Going by what I have read in history books, fortune favors the bold - because action usually beats inaction.
That is why people should prepare for a civil war, otherwise an more active Confederacy would have built up the momentum and means to overcome the Union. We shouldn’t sit on our laurels and ignore the possibility of a war.
“Don’t split.” The peaceful and defiant wings of protest should agree to not undermine each other.
People should always be prepared as a general rule.
I will not be part of any group that chooses to throw away democracy prior to exhausting every possible option.
If they disrupt the elections and refuse to leave office then that’s the red line where they cease to be duly elected officers and become enemies of the state who would be illegally occupying the White House and in need of an escort off of the premises by any means necessary.
Violence is what did in the Nazis and the Confederacy.

Then you’re part of the problem.

I completely understand the sentiment, I disagree with the timing
